Started by Annie Seaton in 2024 ZeitGeist Curatorial is an online contemporary art marketplace that will represent emerging and mid-career artists and show thoughtfully curated exhibitions. Annie Seaton grew up in Toronto,  Canada and has called Los Angeles, California her home for the past 50 plus years and is an artist and gallery director.  The name ZeitGeist was inspired from the name Zeit, Seaton’s paternal family name. Seaton has an art studio in the West Adams area of Los Angeles and has sold numerous commissioned artworks and placed artworks in the collections of the Marriott Marina del Rey,  the Hyatt Newporter, and SunCoast Hotels and Carol Vernon and Bob Turbin to name some.

Annie Seaton has shown with many galleries in the US and Canada and curated exhibitions at dnj and Leica Galleries where she held Manager and Director positions and recently at the Walter Maciel Gallery in 2022. In addition she was a board member of Startup Curatorial, and is a Kipaipai ( to inspire) mentor and member of PACLA (Photo Arts Council Los Angeles).

Growing up one of Annie Seaton’s fondest memories was visiting the Shaw-Rimmington Gallery, Toronto that had a dog named Breugel and later the Wirtz Gallery, San Francisco was a favorite and had a sweet wheaten terrier named Clementine. Along with her passion for contemporary art Seaton will feature links to some of her favorite dog rescues in the hope you will visit them frequently and rescue a wonderful lifelong friend along with building your art collection.
